Become a Vendor
The Orillia Fairgrounds Farmers’ Market is a certified farmers’ market. This means 50% of our vendors are farmers. We have an extension of the market called “The Farmers Flea”, which allows us to accept local artisans and crafters. If you are a farmer or if you plan to sell any type of food please apply using the Farmer’ Market application; all other vendors please use the Farmer’s Flea application.

Applications will be reviewed and replied to by March 15th. All applications received after March 15th will be reviewed and replied to on a weekly basis. You will receive an invoice upon acceptance, payment indicates you have read and agreed to our code of conduct, rules and regulations, and hold harmless agreement.

Do you love being outside? Are you passionate about farming, local food, sustainability, and community? Then we would love to have you volunteer!
Each market day features live music, amazing food and vendors, opportunities to connect with local community and service organizations, and a wonderful market day vibe.
Volunteers must:
